Our only problem was lack of outside lighting at the property, especially at the front, it was very dark and we had to use torches on mobile phones. Everything else was fantastic and we would like to stay again.

Fabulous house, very well equipped, wonderful location and spectacular views across the bay from the balcony. Would definitely stay again. Unfortunately we were in the house when storm Doris hit which meant we were without power from 6.30am to 10.40pm. The Patio windows in the double room off the kitchen had previously been stuffed pillow cases which blew out in the wind and caused a gale to blow through the bedroom which couldn't be stopped.

We had a lovely weekend at Glan Y Mor for a family birthday. The house is in an excellent location right on the beach and close to local bars and restaurants. The house was very well equipped and the treats left in the kitchen went down well with the children. The lounge/living room on the first floor was fantastic with wonderful views of the sea and the bay, we all loved sitting in here and just relaxing. The whole weekend was very relaxing. If we had any comments it would be that most of the beds are very hard, making them uncomfortable. The sound insulation isn't great which we discovered when trying to get our little ones to sleep we could hear the family downstairs in the kitchen whilst we where in the loft bedrooms (and they weren't being loud). And perhaps it could do with a bit of maintenance, as some of the bathrooms are rather dated and had tape holding things together etc. Overall though we had a great time here and I would recommend Glan Y Mor for a family break.

Spacious for a large group. Some difficulties with the gas hobs and one shower did not work.

We would visit the cottage again but when we arrived first thing we noticed in the lounge area was a large hole in the ceiling covered by a sheet it would have been nice to have been prewarned about this but luckily didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of a special birthday weekend.

Our first day at Glan y Mor was gale force winds and horizontal rain, but even that was good to watch from the wonderful lounge windows. Excellent weather followed, when the lounge windows were wide open with not a breath of wind. The view is constantly changing, with the tides. This cottage could not be better situated. It is a couple of minutes' walk across grass and prom to a beautiful sandy, safe beach.

Brilliant location for a multi aged family holiday. I cannot think of anything we would want on holiday that was not on the door step. Anglesey itself is a wonderful area with lots to do and see.

Our review says it all - location was great for us, unspoilt, well cared for, quiet beach with all amenities within easy reach. The house worked well for us, our only reservation was the wind howling at the windows (hence the 9 not 10!) In spite of 40 mph winds, fog and heavy rain showers we loved it and would return to both the house and the area.

Splendid location and generous-sized accommodation that was ideal for our family get-together.
