We had an enjoyable family break for a reasonable price. The host was friendly and knowledgeable and the neighbourhood cows were too; much to my children's amusement. The directions however did not tell us to turn right after the Milton signpost, rather to stay on the A477 until we came across a post office, which no longer exists. We had missed the turning and had got a little lost. It all added to the fun though and we ended up visiting Carew Castle and Mill which was a good hour spent. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would recommend it to anybody. Be prepared for the 'countryside' smell! 😀

We enjoyed our short stay. It was good having a twin room off the lounge as the boys slept there until the adults went to bed and then the boys were carried upstairs.

A lovely cottage in a quiet location and central for a lot that goes on in the area. Well equipped in the kitchen for self catering - the start button for the microwave in the bottom right silver one :)

Very nice cottage, warm and cosy. We travelled with our 2 months old baby and loved it! Big kitchen with everything in it. Good location for visiting pembrokeshire. We recommend it!

Overall very pleased with the standard and cleanliness of the cottage. Key arrangements were clear and cottage was ready on arrival at 3pm. Only a couple of minor matters to mention, tin opener was broken, chopping boards need replacing, and we could not fathom out how to put the heating on in the chilly evenings. Very happy with comfort of beds, plenty of pillows and towels. Thanks for a lovely week. :)

Gareth cottage was larger than expected on arrival with an additional shower downstairs which was very useful. The garden is very usable with table and chairs to eat outside and anyone with young children will enjoy the cows that live in the paddock. We met the owner who couldn't of been nicer and even shown us around another cottage she was preparing to rent out. Overall we were very impressed and the location which with easy access to the main roads to get about. The only negative is the tight country road the property is on, extra care is needed when driving to and from.
