It is in a peaceful and beautiful location, with a broad view of the countryside, close to local amenities and from the characteristic centre of Narni (all kinds of shops and railway station for Rome). In an hour’s drive you can reach the cities of Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, Perugia and the beautiful lake of Piediluco. Umbria has always enjoyed a particularly favourable location; it is literally the "heart of Italy". It is full of enchanting hill-top towns and villages, each with history, but also architectural and artistic treasures.
