Great base for a cycling weekend with the added bonus of a cycle store. The local pub did not serve food on a Sunday afternoon which was a shame but otherwise a good location and pleasant cottage.

Good location in village with lively local pub. Best thing about the location is access to the Bridgwater canal for walking and cycling to Bridgwater, Taunton and beyond. Quite close to M5 so easy as a hub for travel, though slightly intrusive at times noise-wise. The cottage kitchen was well equipped, with a good bedroom and bathroom. Would have preferred some more supportive seating as a member of the party suffers with a bad back, but can see that some parties would like to have the sofa bed as an option.
