These attractive converted farm buildings have been finished to a very good standard of holiday accommodation and surrounded by green fields and only minutes from Perranporth. Perranporth on the dramatic North Cornwall Coast, has a stunning 3 miles of golden sand, backed by dunes and rolling fields. Right on the sand is a superb beach bar and restaurant with live music, good food and local ales. The coastal town is very family friendly with many surf, gift and local shops that line the high street that leads down to the beach. Surfing and surf hire can be found locally as well as a local golf course and horse riding which are both only minutes from Pencrennow. West of Perranporth is the coastal village of St. Agnes, and the quaint village of Crantock is to the east, both a must for the craft shops, stunning beaches and cliff walks. The surfing town of Newquay with its seven beaches is just minutes away with its many attractions which include a zoo, a sea life centre, Creally Adventure Park, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, leisure centre, golf course, pitch and putt course, parks and gardens. Newquay has many restaurants, cafés and shops as well as the beaches and dramatic cliff top walks. With its beaches comes surf and surf schools so you can try your hand at this exhilarating sport. Truro, the capital of Cornwall, is easily reached and is a must to explore the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the restaurants, shopping, museum, cinema and theatre for an alternative day or evening out. Padstow, home to Rick Steins food empire is a must visit for all the family. Wander around the narrow streets that all lead to the working harbour and enjoy the ambience provided by this traditional working fishing village. This stretch of coastline is dotted with quiet beaches, secluded coves and has a rich history of smuggling. We really enjoyed the cottage, we did expect it to be a little nearer to Perranporth. We drove down rather then walk as the walk was too far and very hilly. The cottage is on a very narrow track, this didn't cause any problems. We found that the cottage was lovely and spacious with great views to Perranporth. The cottage on arrival was very clean and well equipped. The cottage would benefit from new carpets as they a grubby.

We had a lovely stay at daisy cottage, the location is ideal, just a short drive to Perranporth and ideally located to reach Newquay and other surrounding areas. The cottage was spotless when we arrived. There are a couple of downsides to the cottage there is no WiFi and it's a bit of a mobile dead zone, also the charge for the washing machine especially after a day at the beach. We would definitely look at booking again in the future.

The cottage was very spacious , very clean and convenient for local amenities. The only issue being the hot water to the shower was not as hot as from the taps. The shower does need to be hotter. We noted that this has been mentioned before. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Cold afternoon when we arrived, but cottage cold, storage heaters not put on soon enough ,fine the following day when the cottage had warmed up. (No secondary heating for quick result) Over all very pleased with the cottage.

The cottage was superb. It was not clear how to operate heating. Unfortunately the carpet and the seating were very grubby, such a shame in such beautiful surroundings. We would love to return ourselves, but to negotiate the lane outside on foot would be hazourdous for some, as we always used the car that was no problem for us. Half a mile away was the Bolingey Inn, lovely local real ales and good food. A mile away was the centre of Perranporth with it's beautiful beach and lively high street. There is a Wetherspoons as well (great building) called the Green Parrot as well as a varied number of other good pubs. I certainly think that the cottage and furniture was exemplary and urge people to visit as I am sure that the minor problems will not be repeated.

Lovely sized cottage, in desperate need of a deep clean otherwise i would have scored it much higher! Large rooms, great bathroom with double sink. Parking for 1 car right outside the cottage. 1.5 mile walk into town up & down hills, narrow roads (husband damaged his car), no street lights. Cottage got very cold in the evenings but we couldn't use heaters as we would be charged even more money. Lack of information for cottage and locally also.
