Outdoor and indoor activities alike can be found in abundance around Aviemore, starting right here with your very own hot tub.

Set on the fringes of Aviemore village, a wonderful location for enjoying the great outdoors in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, these superbly appointed and beautifully furnished properties offer a very high degree of comfort. Sitting in a quiet cul de sac, they are ideal for family gatherings. All of the four properties (refs S4401, S4402, S4615 and S4538) enjoy their own private hot tub (each for 4 people) and three have a digital, infrared sauna with music and colour system, Freeview TVs and hairdryers in all bedrooms. All four properties enjoy corporate membership for 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years) to Dalfaber Country Club offering swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and 9 hole golf course. At extra charge, badminton, squash court, indoor and outdoor tennis court, table tennis, snooker and carpet bowls. Aviemore is a renowned centre for outdoor pursuits – excellent climbing and hill walking, competition standard mountain bike tracks, water sports on Lochs Morlich and Insch and, of course, skiing and snow boarding in season are just some of the activities on offer. The fishing and golf are similarly excellent, with trout fishing available all year at Rothiemurchus Estate, 2 miles, or hire equipment (at cost, licence required) for salmon fishing at the River Spey (seasonal). Sled dog rides, train trips to the resort at the top of the mountain, and the Strathspey steam railway are also found here and Britain’s only freely roaming reindeer herd can be spotted against the stunning backdrop of Glenmore. Shops, good restaurants, themed bars, live music are all within 0.5 miles. Other great attractions in the area are The Highland Wildlife Centre with Amur tigers, wolves and polar bear, The Landmark Centre, Tree Zone; an incredible aerial adventure and Aviemore Highland Resort Leisure Centre with its own wavepool, water slides and cinema.

Absolutely fantastic! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The location is excellent. And the house itself is absolutely stunning and immaculate and has everything you need for a break from home. As a keen cook, it was like home from home. Everything had been thought of. And the hot tub and access to Dalfaber gave an added bonus! Will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay in Aviemore and overall the standard of the accommodation was good however it seemed a little tired and in need of freshening.

An extremely satisfactory holiday home: The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed (as people who cook when on holiday), and all of it was of a good standard in good condition. There was enough crockery and glassware so that we did not need to run the dishwasher after every meal (only slight niggle - not really enough cutlery for 5 to avoid having to handwash after one meal). The house was also well supplied with household consumables (dishwasher tablets, cling film, starter tea, sugar, coffee etc). I have stayed in many holiday cottages and none of the above this can be taken as a given - this place was exceptional. The house was warm and comfortable with every useful facility (utility room, conservatory, porch with hanging space for coats). The beds were very comfortable and well "dressed", although perhaps not quite hotel standard.. - if I'm nit picking. Sufficient towels for all too! (Hot tub users might like to bring extra, or a towelling robe). The Wifi did what it said on the tin. Great! The HOT TUB. Brilliant! After walking on cold windy munros all day, what could be better than an evening soak in glorious steaming water - no matter if it's a bit inclement! It is a bit weird with the hot tub being slightly visible from the road alongside - although there is a pretty effective wooden screen around it and it is a pretty quiet road. The garden is all you would expect in a new build: grass and patio - not like a mature garden. Plenty of space however for young children. Picnic table, chairs, parasol and BBQ supplied.
