This is a great cottage to get away from it all and enjoy the beautiful hillside views.

Had very enjoyable stay at this property which met all expectations.Have stayed at many properties over the last 30 years and this is one of the few to which we would all happily return.

Superb cottage. Shame the en suite toilet never stopped filling up and was therefore rather noisy. Would definitely stay again. Although there aren't pubs and restaurants nearby, it doesn't really matter and Perth is only a few miles away

We stayed with our family (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog) and definitly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is spacious, very well equiped and is nicely located on a hill with a a chance for long walks. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. For those who want shops or pubs etc in walking distance, these are not available. You have to use a car.

Absolutely fantastic cottage, best ever, very spacious photo's does not do it justice lovely sized rooms and bathrooms, the sun room was a pleasure spent all our time in there, outside area was lovely to sit and enjoy the lovely views also the wildlife saw hare's deer foxes and all types of birds didn't want to come home. Was in a excellent location can get to plenty of places by the nearby M90 Owner was very friendly and told us lots of places to go and see, also the local history very knowledgeable. To dog owners the garden is not fully enclosed and you have to keep dog on lead which is a shame. Would advise get grocery delivered used Tesco's was so easy and the driver was really friendly Lovely places nearby lovely shop that sells local produce and gifts Loch Leven Larder there was so much to see could not fit it all in, so will have to go back again
