With views across the countryside, and many beautiful beaches, bays, villages and interesting market towns to visit, Bryneirin makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy and explore the fabulous scenery of Ceredigion and the Heritage coastline of Cardigan Bay. Bryneirin is a spacious and comfortable single-storey holiday property with a large well-kept garden and the owner’s resident pony, Rosie, in the neighbouring paddock!
Within a short drive you can explore the unspoilt beaches and coves such as Penbryn, Cei Bach and Cwmtydu, once a haven for smugglers, where in late summer, you may see Atlantic grey seals with their pups. The nearby quaint coastal town of New Quay offers not only the beach and boat trips, but has an array of shops and eateries to enjoy, or you can just sample an ice cream, sit on the harbour wall and watch out for the Bottlenose dolphins which are regular visitors to this area. The colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is a mere 20-minute drive and also offers an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafes, and a delightful level walk, suitable for bikes and pushchairs, to the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, an 18th-century Welsh gentry estate.
For those visitors who enjoy outdoor pursuits there is a canoeing centre and fishing available in Llandysul, approximately 5 miles away. Fly and coarse fishing, as well as golfing, are available in Lampeter. Also within reasonable driving distance are the interesting towns of Carmarthen, Cardigan and Aberystwyth. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Again we have had a fabulous time, this is our third stay and won't be the last, hopefully. Helen is fantastic and so welcoming. Bryneirin is so homely and comfortable. I am just getting used to not feeding Rosie the pony her carrots twice a day.... I do miss her. Looking forward to our next visit.

Spacious and very clean property with beautiful views. Lovely owner who was there to greet us on arrival and who had taken the trouble to bake us a delicious cake. Really cannot fault any aspect other than - and this is a very minor point- a more modern television would have been nice.

This is our second family holiday in Bryneirin and again we had an absolutely fantastic time. The cottage is gorgeous, spacious, immaculately clean, excellently equipped and Helen provides everything you could think of for a brilliant family holiday plus a few things you didn't think of! The garden is huge and perfect for our two young boys to run around in safely as there is a large fence around the property. The views over the Welsh countryside are wonderful and the friendly pony Rosie in the field behind the cottage was again a huge hit with our boys. The home made cake and milk on arrival were a lovely touch. Helen you are indeed a hard act to follow !

Very comfortable holiday home with spacious rooms and a superb setting. Some equipment could benefit from upgrading (e.g. Main TV and provision of wi-fi).
