A lovely cottage, well equipped and warm. A wonderful welcome, we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon. I left an item behind and it was posted back to me before I had noticed it was missing! Thank you for a fabulous weekend.

Super cottage, loads of space, warm and cosy, central for shops [inc. Waitrose], Bath and many other places of interest. Pleasant owners.

Great location close to Bath, and Bristol and property spacious.Would have liked to see at least a pint of milk provided on arrival so did not have to go straight out to the shop ( thankfully close by). Crockery dirty and only odd glasses to drink from, picnic table umbrella threadbare and broken so unable to use to provide shade when eating outside which was a disappointment.Paid peak season price so disappointed as felt these aspects did not make the property good value for money.

This cottage is comfortable and in a quiet, rural location on a farm. The city of Bath can be reached by car and "park and ride". The city of Bristol can be reached by train from the station at Yate about 5 minutes drive away from the cottage. Slimbridge bird reserve is about an hour's drive. Also about 5 minutes drive away at Yate there is a large shopping centre with a wide variety of shops including a Tesco store and a very good italian restaurant. The kitchen of this cottage is not as well equipped as some that we have visited, being lacking in what we consider are some basics such as a cafetiere.

A lovely place to stay. A few minor gripes about equipment (no dishwasher/hard beds), but these are personal nit picks and not likely to stop further use or recommendations. Could do with a bit more thought for Disabled use. We enjoyed our stay and Mr & Mrs W were charming and helpful.
