Our two families (4 adults, 3 children, a baby and two dogs ) shared the house comfortably. Very spacious with plenty of breakout space. Excellent garden space and hot tub was a bonus. We would all have lived here happily and will definitely book again in the future.

Brilliant holiday cottage, immaculate on arrival with a lovely welcome pack. Lots of space for 8 of us. Plenty to do for all ages in Aviemore, nice walk into town. Only downside was no cleaning products whatsoever!

We spent a terrific week in this beautiful house which is situated at the end of an estate and backs onto a wood. It was perfect for our family of nine ranging from 18months to 84 years +1 dog. Perfect large space under the stairs for the dogs bed. Kitchen is well equipped, though the oven switch was broken, this has been reported. Lovely decor, bedding and towels. I was a little concerned about the slope in the back garden for the little ones aged 18&24months, but they loved it and it was a great source of entertainment for them. The small fence next to the larger of the side gates was not fixed to anything and came away. This was also reported. The hot tub was serviced at least twice that we are aware of during our weeks stay and a great way to relax after the children had gone to bed. There is a play area suitable for toddlers and enclosed dogs play area close by. Lots to do in and around Aviemore and there appeared to be few a walks within the lovely estate where the house is situated. We had a personal chef come and cook for us on the evening of my husbands 70th birthday, it was an amazing meal and very special. If anyone is looking for a real treat check out Delicate Catering in Inverness. Audra the Home Manager was always very helpful when I contacted her. We would all certainly recommend Birch Corner for great get away.

This is a great house in a good location at the Inverness end of aviemore, a walkable distance into the town. The house was great, very clean & a lovely welcome pack. Minor niggle; cooking equipment & some of the glass wear could be better for size of house/cost. Would certainly return.
