In the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Aviemore offers a wide range of leisure facilities, skiing during the winter, whilst in the summer the list is endless – climbing, walking, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, fishing and riding. Also during the summer the Strathspey Steam Train chugs between Aviemore and Boat of Garten where the ospreys nest. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.

    Excellent house with good facilities. Back garden is a bit exposed but isn't an issue if you are using as a base.

    Lovely house, lots of space, great location and exceptionally clean. Our only criticism would be the dish washer didn't always clean properly and the tumble dryer didn't dry. However - these are very small issues and we would definitely stay there again.
