A charming, three bedroom, stone built terraced cottage, which dates back to the early 18th Century. 11 The Plosh is located only minutes from Derwentwater and Keswick’s main shopping area, with pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. The cottage has superb views towards the fells from its upstairs living room and provides a delightful cosy base from which to enjoy your holiday.

Ground Floor: The accommodation has gas central heating and comprises:
Kitchen: With gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
Lower Ground Floor:
Bedroom 1: Small single bedroom with access to the garden.

First Floor: Lounge: With TV, DVD, CD/radio, gas stove, vaulted ceiling and views to Catbells and Causey Pike.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with exposed timbers.
Gallery room: With double bed, accessed up steep ladder style stairs from the lounge.

All fuel and bed linen provided. Cot available. Outside shared garden. Parking permit for use on nearby car park. NB: This property has steep, paddle style stairs.

    Ideal location and good value for money at the height of the summer. Came with a parking permit for the three main car parks in Keswick. The paddle stairs to the double bed could be an issue for some as they are very steep. Note also that the garden was fairly small, and shared between a number of similar properties.
