Perfect for our weekend trip to the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. A small but dainty cottage that met our needs. The TV was small and the wall heaters weren't particularly effective but wood was supplied for the open fire. We had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely place to stay: lots of little goodies to make you feel comfortable. Very warm and cosy though the ceilings and door frames were a bit too low for us!

We had a good time at the cottage and enjoyed especially to observe the more than 40 rabbits in the field behind the garden hedges.

Great welcome goodies, but missing a couple of staples like sugar and pepper. Loved the garden and summer house. Stairs too steep and doorways too low for our bodies. Kitchen not friendly for working in due to limited space. Annoying water hammer present. Furniture mostly cheap/unfinished ....... drawers & doors sticky, wobbly.

Pretty little cottage but much smaller than expected. If you're tall - I wouldn't recommend it as the ceiling heights are extremely low. The garden furniture was well in need of replacing as one of the chairs collapsed while my husband was sat on it. I emailed the owner to let them know, but had no response whatsoever. Other than that, it was clean, nicely located and quiet.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments which we greatly value. We replaced all four garden chairs in July as one was somewhat worn and we have since had other guest comments complementing the garden furniture. We did send a response but it appears this did not get through so apologies for this. The cottage is cosy as explained on the website but would mention it is only the living room that has a fairly low ceiling. Although the door frames are low the ceilings in all other rooms are of adequate height to accommodate taller guests.

The cottage is very good and in an excellent location for days out in the area. The extras provided by the owner make all the difference.
