The Wagon House is in the perfect location. We had a fantastic weekend in Wellow. The accomodation itself is spacious and clean and had every amenity we needed. I would recommend this location unreservedly.

A lovely cottage and the owner was very friendly and hospitable. Great location.....only 20 mins from Bath town centre. The village of Wellow itself is very peaceful and scenic. Our only complaint is that the lounge could do with an upgrade ....some new furtiture would be great.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Somerset and the property was ideally situated for a lot of what Somerset has to offer - could promotional literature made available? However we feel that with a little investment the property could command a significantly higher review. There is no WiFi, the TV reception is poor (at best), a welcome pack would have been very gratefully received including, for example, a few dishwasher tablets, additional tea towel/s, sufficient toilet rolls etc.; although these items can be purchased at the local shop (when open) we didn't realize that we needed to take them with us or buy them whilst on holiday.

The house was very nice, but it would have helped if there was an information pack on emergency numbers, rubbish collection times etc. Also a toilet downstairs would have been nice but not an essential. Jean was very nice and friendly and she had furnished the house very tastefully and comfortable. There was everything you needed although the oven wasn't very efficient, but as there was a very nice gas bbq it really didn't matter that much.

Great location, fanatic playground nearby. Lovely rooms. We were unable to make the DVD player work, but everything else was great.

Unfortunately there was a leak that travelled through the electrics. The owners tried to fix it but it continued to leak from a different source rendering both bathrooms useless so we left a day early. The TV had no signal and the washing machine had no power . It was a real disappointment for a family reunion . This house is over valued

Clean, spacious and comfortable house. Blandly decorated, this house could be so much more with a bit of investment in better lounge chairs, art, soft furnishings, additional bedroom furniture, Internet / wifi, better TV etc. Good beds, well equipped kitchen. Small, barely adequate towels, no soap, next to no toilet paper. We had booked for 6 guests, there was exactly enough bedding and towels for 6, although we had to move bedding around to suit the configuration of our party. Both showers but particularly the one in the en suite were really difficult to turn on and off (but there was a plentiful supply of hot water). The owners had left various notes around the house but otherwise we didn't see them, other than to receive and handback the keys. We could not find an information book or guidance on appliances. Wellow village is very pretty and its one pub is excellent and literally just across the road from the house.

A great cottage in a lovely location. Interior decor is a bit dated but the space is huge and there is everything you need provided. The local village is stunning and this place sits right in the middle, a stones throw away from the village pub. The owner is very charming and friendly and made us feel welcome. Very happy with our stay.
