Absolutely excellent property; really made our weekend a perfect one. The cottage is welcoming and spacious; the outdoor seating area was perfect for afternoon Pimms with friends and the location was fabulous (close enough to the village with stunning views and a few good walks nearby). A pleasure to stay in!

We booked the Gallery for a weekend away to celebrate my wife's birthday, and had our two year-old daughter with us too. As the owner was going to be abroad for a family wedding, she gave me a call a few days beforehand to let me know. There were a couple of minor issues over the weekend (we needed a travel cot on arrival, and a fuse blew one evening and we did not have access to the fusebox), both of which were handled promptly by the pleasant young man the owner had left in charge. His helpfulness also went above and beyond when we got home and found we had left a couple of items in the cupboard and he agreed to post them back to us! It was the kind of service lacking in many places these days!! We all had a lovely time at the Gallery, and would certainly return and recommend to others.

Comfortable and well laid out, with all facilities required. Spacious , only two of us, and well located for the main tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

The cottage was ideal with stunning views. The garden was perfect and we were able to make use of the BBQ. The only downside was the fact there was not enough hot for four showers in the morning - two showers and the hot water ran out. Also I had to clean the bath before we could use it. Apart from that we did have a lovely weekend and would consider going again.

Lovely cottage, clean and well equipped. Some nice touches with the tea light candles, games, books etc. The only real issue is the lane which leads to and from the cottage. This is very narrow and at times very busy which makes it quite dangerous for walking pets and children. We picked the cottage as we believed we could walk to the local village but the lane was unsuitable for walking.
