Absolutely incredible house with all our needs met. The owners literally thought of everything. I'm promoting this house all over South Wales and can't wait to stay again.

Wow what can I say? This property is incredible. The pictures look fantastic but still don't do this property justice. We organised a trip for a large group of close friends and we were all in agreement we couldn't have chosen a better place. Dispite our fairly large group there was ample room for us all, in fact we still felt a bit lost in it as it's really that big! A great base for exploring the cotswolds and all it has to offer whether it's the beautiful nearby towns or a countryside walk you won't have to travel far as everything is on your doorstep. As a racing fan it was lovely to be so close to cheltenham race course too just a shame there wasn't a meeting on. If you have a large group and looking for a bit of luxury and relaxation look no further than The Farmhouse. We all hope to visit again in the future.

We are a female family group & stayed in April 2017 This is an absolutely stunning property. Every room was beautifully decorated & immaculate. We loved all the different rooms and that the dining area could be increased/decreased depending how many stayed. The tennis court was a plus and we enjoyed a few hours play. Hot tub was well used by our group as always, and VERY clean (so clean it bleached our costumes but then we did stay in it longer than advised!). Kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook a full Sunday roast without any issues - the aga is fab though takes some getting used to but love how they've put a conventional oven in too - just in case :) If I had to give any criticism, and this is pretty small considering how gorgeous the house is, is that a middle sink in the kitchen would have been useful and maybe a slightly bigger fridge for food though there is another small fridge & drinks cooler under the stairs (which we used for drink). We loved that it was easy walking distance to Cheltenham for shopping for those that could. I would highly recommend this property (and we've stayed in a few over the years), you wont be disappointed.

Great space, even though you are a good group you don't need to sit on top of each other with all spacious bedrooms and the number of living rooms. With both tennis court and hot tub as well on top of games and numerous televisions there is enough for everyone to do depending on what one feels like. And that is after a day where Cheltenham is so central for many day visits in the cotswolds. Can only recommend the Farmhouse deeply and would love to go back and stay again. Lastly, the welcome was absolutely fantastic and people so friendly.

We enjoyed an excellent week for our annual family Christmas but unfortunately it was spoilt by an accident to my wife while we were packing to come home. The problem occurred when she failed to see the two stairs from the back hall into the kitchen. We were aware from the information we had received that there were a lot of stairs, and my wife was particularly careful as she has a problem with loss of vision in one eye. We also noted from the remarks of a previous client that a more visible strip on the stair would be helpful as her elderly mother had fallen in the same way. As a result of the fall, my wife sustained a fractured neck of femur requiring a half-hip replacement. A more visible strip on the darker stairs, may have prevented these accidents.

This was our third stay as a group of old friends, 11 in all. The fact we all have our own en-suite is a bonus. the whole place is like home from home for us all.
