The fire place in dinning room one of the party fell trying to get to her seat and one fell going from the kitchen into the passage I think there should be some kind of marking on the steps and I think there should be some kind of hand rail on the walls at the steps into the kitchen and breakfast room but other than that we had a great time and we love the farm house and we will be back next year

Fabulous house in a lovely location. We were aged 19months - 89 years and we all loved it. A bonus for us as it was Cheltenham races too. I have it on good authority that the hot-tub was fantastic and we enjoyed the swimming pool. If only we could have stayed longer! The house is such a wonderful mix of contemporary and character. It just suited us all.

Fantastic all round. You wouldn't think you were located relatively close to town. Spectacular views and a covered indoor pool that we didn't know about. The weather was lovely so I'm sure that heightened the experience but I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. We had lots planned but it was so gorgeous we just stayed in our lovely holiday home, enjoyed the hot tub, had a couple of games of tennis, whilst the kids played in the garden. Great! We shall return

We are a group of 11 friends and we found the Farmhouse a great place to stay. The accommodation is to a very high standard, comfortable and attractively furnished. The kitchen is very well equiped having multiples of crockery, glasses and cutlery which is very useful for a large number of people. The owner was generous and welcoming having left bread, fruit and biscuits which was kind of her. A wonderful garden with great views and a hot tub. We all loved staying there and would recommend it.

Absolutely incredible house with all our needs met. The owners literally thought of everything. I'm promoting this house all over South Wales and can't wait to stay again.

Wow what can I say? This property is incredible. The pictures look fantastic but still don't do this property justice. We organised a trip for a large group of close friends and we were all in agreement we couldn't have chosen a better place. Dispite our fairly large group there was ample room for us all, in fact we still felt a bit lost in it as it's really that big! A great base for exploring the cotswolds and all it has to offer whether it's the beautiful nearby towns or a countryside walk you won't have to travel far as everything is on your doorstep. As a racing fan it was lovely to be so close to cheltenham race course too just a shame there wasn't a meeting on. If you have a large group and looking for a bit of luxury and relaxation look no further than The Farmhouse. We all hope to visit again in the future.

We are a female family group & stayed in April 2017 This is an absolutely stunning property. Every room was beautifully decorated & immaculate. We loved all the different rooms and that the dining area could be increased/decreased depending how many stayed. The tennis court was a plus and we enjoyed a few hours play. Hot tub was well used by our group as always, and VERY clean (so clean it bleached our costumes but then we did stay in it longer than advised!). Kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook a full Sunday roast without any issues - the aga is fab though takes some getting used to but love how they've put a conventional oven in too - just in case :) If I had to give any criticism, and this is pretty small considering how gorgeous the house is, is that a middle sink in the kitchen would have been useful and maybe a slightly bigger fridge for food though there is another small fridge & drinks cooler under the stairs (which we used for drink). We loved that it was easy walking distance to Cheltenham for shopping for those that could. I would highly recommend this property (and we've stayed in a few over the years), you wont be disappointed.
