Had a problem with hot water and the caretaker suggesting we could just shower and not bath was a little rich

Just what we needed. Apart from buying food which we did an online shop, you do not need to go out for anything unless you wanted to. Bathroom was amazing. Clearly recently updated. We hope to book up again next year.

A spacious and well equipped property, ideal for a large family. However the property is on the edge of a small village with just a basic convenience store, and there is no footpath or main road crossing to get across to Kilgetty for amenities. The Fitness Centre adjoining the property is also a Social Club and was very noisy Saturday night into the early hours. Although the central heating was on most of the time, the lounge area is open to an old conservatory and was very cold and draughty in the evenings, and the heating in the upstairs bedroom & bathroom very ineffective. We would book again, but only in warmer months.

Loved the cottage it was very clean and tidy and it was a nice touch to have tea, milk and cake waiting for us. It is in an ideal location for touring Pembrokeshire and the surrounding area. Would definately come back. Although I would say that it could do with updating ie lino put down in the upstairs bathroom and decorating throughout and the windows didnt shut properly (had to go outside with a chair to close the bedroom window, in the pouring rain!!). On the whole we loved it, it was warm and had an inviting feel to it. Thank you for a great stay and the extras.

Excellent place, spacious, clean and plenty of facilities. We needed to take nothing with us everything was there and more! We had read there was music disturbing your holiday from other reviews and was slightly worried but it was only background noise and didn't disturb us at all. Will come back!

Perfect cottage for our party. Plenty of room and great that there was plenty of equipment (two kettles, two microwaves). Shame about the noise from the gym next door

Beautiful, well equipped, spacious cottage in a drivable distance of lovely parts of Pembrookshire, plus walkable distance from a good chinese and fish & chips place. However it is severely let down by their noisy neighbors, the gym next door. On holiday I do not appreciate being woken up by "Sugar how you get so fly" and other dance tunes pounding though the wall and window at 6.30am weekdays and ~ 8 at weekends. They obviously have a dance/fitness studio next door to the property and as the cottage gets warm in the glorious Welsh sunshine in June, in order to sleep at night you need the window open. One night I really wanted to sleep in and kept it closed, but there was no air so I had to open it. I would stay here again if the gym moved or maybe the cottage fitted double glazing and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Even a fan in each bedroom would be a much cheaper, initial step (it's 34oC as I write this review, I hope the people there this week have possibly bought their own fan?) It's a real shame about the noisy neighbors as the cottage itself was perfect for a multi group family holiday. I know others have left similar comments regarding the noise in the review book at the cottage too
