Had a great week over Christmas with extended family. House fantastic with loads of space, great layout and studio space exceeded expectations. Only negative was that the WiFi/Internet was a bit unstable at times but overall would definitely recommend booking here. Good value for money and a great find! Thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday here and everybody enjoyed. Any problems and the owner was ready to help in anyway he could. We would definitely return :)people have commented previously about the cleanliness, but I am a very fussy person and apart from a few tiny things. ..(ie a cobweb where it really isn't easy to get to or visible) or is clean, so don't let those comments put you off staying.

Lovely place and had a great holiday. Aberaeron is a fantastic town with lots of shops, restaurants and amenities to suit all tastes and ages. Great beaches in the area. The house is fab, loads of room for all 10 of us (aged 7 - 72!) and the table football went down a treat. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Only criticism would be that it needed a deep clean in the kitchen (cupboards were quite dirty, flies in the extractor fan light, LOTS of cobwebs everywhere and BBQ grill was so dirty we bought disposables instead) and also the equipment was a bit hit and miss, lots of saucepans but some baking trays were very rusty and need replacing, a plastic bowl in the cupboard had a hole in and some big utensils were very old and broke immediately upon use. Clothes airier was broken. Would expect better for 5 star really. Saying that we would stay again as overall it's a lovely house with a lot of space, just needs some TLC.

We had a lovely stay at Copper Beech cottage. The location is great, the space is lovely. Kitchen well appointed and space for our extended family of 10. Would recommend and stay again. Just a couple of points as others mentioned before... not enough seating in lounge for entire guests, door mats needed and chairs in bedrooms would be nice plus hooks on doors.
