Ideal if you have a pet with a generous sized and secure garden. In fairness we were aware of its isolated location.

I definitely wouldnt stay at the Hollies again. As soon as we walked through the door, the smell of damp hit you. It was really bad. We couldnt hang our clothes in the wardrobe in the main bedroom because the smell of damp in the wardrobe was appalling. We hung our clothes in the other bedroom but it was not a lot better. The smell was so bad in the lodge, we couldnt wait to go out every day. Coming back to it in the late afternoon was awful. Even the bed felt damp and smelt bad. We tried putting the heaters provided on for a little while to try and help but it didnt. We came home early as it was starting to affect our chests. My husband suffers from Asthma and all he did was cough the whole time. It was nicely presented but the owners need to do something about the damp.
