Price Match Promise

Price Match Promise applies to any UK accommodation only bookings and is subject to availability.

Our Price Match Promise provides great value when choosing to move your holiday to the same accommodation, and same duration, for a new date in 2020 or 2021. This can be done online with your e-voucher or with a holiday advisor.  Applies to customers who had a holiday with a start date on or after 17th March 2020 and before 4th July 2020. These offers are available until the 3rd July 2020.

Choose from the below options when you transfer your holiday:

2020 Price Match Promise:    

Your new booking needs to be for the same duration and the same accommodation.

Use our handy 2020 Price Match Promise grid below. Just find your original holiday date on the left hand side of the grid, then look for your new date across the top, to check and see if it is eligible for a Price Match.

2021 Price Match Promise:   

Your new booking needs to be for the same duration and the same accommodation.

Use our handy 2021 Price Match Promise grid below. Just find your original holiday date on the left hand side of the grid, then look for your new date across the top, to check and see if it is eligible for a Price Match.

Rest assured that if your new holiday is cheaper than your current break then you will pay the lower value. The remaining balance of your original break will remain for future use on your e-voucher code.

Once you have finalised your date then search for your holiday accommodation at the same location on cottages.com and select your travel dates which must be for the same duration as your original stay.

Proceed with your booking as normal but use your e-voucher when you come to pay. 

Please note: The holiday summary may show a difference price than what you originally paid, however if you have matched the accommodation and location, for the same duration and a price matched date as per the above grids, then your holiday will be price matched. 

If you have added extras that were not on your original booking then you will need to pay for these in addition. 

What happens next? 

We will send you a web confirmation if your booking is successful, followed by a separate email within 24 hours with your holiday confirmation attached.

Be aware: your initial holiday confirmation will not reflect the Price Match, but we will send you an updated confirmation which will reflect your Price Matched holiday within 3 days of booking.
