Whilst exploring the village it’s impossible to miss the Church of the Holy Trinity and All Saints dating back to the 13th century, the tower was built about 200 years later and is still the most prominent landmark in the village, one of the tallest towers in Norfolk. Fisherman’s corner can be found in the church with memorials to those lost at sea. A bit more in the ‘here and now’ is the Fish and Chip shop which serves up a very tasty offering or the local pub, aptly called the Fisherman’s Return, perfect with a warm log fire and sheltered garden plus a great selection of local beers.
