Lovely bungalow apart from the floors being dirty, lounge ceiling light showing bare wires, and the complimentary Jackdaws that woke us up at 3am every morning pecking at the windows for hours on end until there beaks bled all over the glass , sills and decking. Myself and my grandson got bitten in the night quite badly too which wasn't very nice. Lovely place though.

Woodlea is a well equipped 3 bed bungalow. Kitchen has all you need including a range cooker (I have seen a review which states the ovens don't work - in fact it has two and one works. I spoke to the owner and he was unaware and is sorting the other one out). Bathroom has an excellent over bath shower. Large living/diner with comfy suite and large screen TV. Wi-fi is excellent for a country location at about 5 megabytes. Garden is enclosed and is a suntrap as it is south facing. There is a friendly pub just round the corner which has a good selection of beers and normally does food although it was awaiting kitchen cleaning/ refurb when we were there. As far as location is concerned it is a 10 minute drive to the beach (try Hottoft Car Terrace) which goes on for miles and is great for walking. Easy drive to Skegness, Lincoln and tourist sites. Don't just go to the beach - the Lincolnshire Wolds are lovely and there are some great Nature reserves/Country Parks. Would we go back again? Yes we would, however, we tend not to return to the same area twice.
