Go indoor skiing, bowling, and swimming at Waterworld which is close by. Tamworth Snowdome, Chatsworth and Ironbridge are all easily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

This is a cheap and cheerful little cottage. The lady who owns it is lovely and very helpful. There was tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, shower gel and especially impressive baby bath gel and a novelty sponge for the children in the cottage when we arrived. The cottage does require some improvements though: It needs a deep clean, we had to clean pans and drawers before we could use them. The uplighters have spiders living in them and there were a lot of cobwebs. The single room has a fire door in it with a push bar, if using this room with a child it’s a big concern for parents, it really should be mentioned in the cottage description. WiFi would be a great addition as the signal isn’t great.

Nice location close to Alton Towers and many other tourist attractions. Unfortunately the cottage requires some upgrading and maintenance.

Fabulous cottage in lovely countryside. Very rural but that suited us. Cheadle is a great town, a mile away.
