House did not meet a high enough standard. Windows in lavatory and bathroom opened into sun room. Strong smell of engine oil in sun room coming from garage. Boiler not working consistently and twice we had no hot water. Steep narrow stairs were not carpeted and unpleasant to use as harsh anti slip fabric on each tread.

Loved woodbines, homely feel and had great facilities. Beautiful garden, our only concern as dog owners was the height of the fence, especially with chickens next door. In an ideal world a higher fence would be wonderful if a partition to give a secure area but that’s being really picky. However it didn’t detract from our stay!! Great location and so peaceful!! Lovely little touches for dog owners, like bowls and towels and poo bags 😊

Lovely clean, welcoming house with everything you could need. Great location within walking distance of town centre, also for exploring north Norfolk by car.

We had a lovely week here. Wine, cake & treats for the dogs waiting for us which was very nice. Very clean property. The only problem for us was the floor in the lounge & hall was quite slippery, my Mother isn't to steady on her feet so was nervous walking in there.
