Wonder Box Cottage is a small cottage but was fine for two adults and two teenagers. It was tricky to find from the instructions and the roads a single track with passing areas so not for the nervous driver. We had a very relaxing, peaceful few days and enjoyed being surrounded by sheep, poultry and the cats and dogs.

My wife and I cannot fault this accomodation, it is a home from home with as many facilities as one could ask. Surrouded by greenery and fresh air from local aforestation it is peaceful, healthy and one could easily write a book during a stay.

Lovely place to stay & perfect size for our family of 4. Set in a valley on a farm the scenery was gorgeous. Took a short walk up through a field and we were into the woods which were stunning. It was lovely to hear all the sounds of sheep & their lambs all around and enjoyed the resident cats Tom & Jerry. Lovely little BBQ and Steve the owner was a perfect host, left us to our own devices but was there if we needed him. Will definately be booking in the future.

well furnished and equipped cottage with views towards Forest. Ticked all our boxes including off street parking, washer, shower and wifi. We didn't have any phone signal but this wasn't essential. Village is accessed by steep and narrow road - so we were snowed in for 2 days (at least it was a different set of four walls lol. Lots of bird life and other wildlife. the field opposite had definite evidence of boar activity, but we didn't see any. Local pubs and shops a short drive away. The owners had left us milk and biscuits for our arrival as well as a supply of tea, coffee and sugar. There are plenty of walks from the cottage. It was a good Geo Cache area.
