A great little place, a few minutes walk to the historic cathedral quarter and the bars and restaurants of that area. Also a multi-fuel fire to cosy up to if you fancy an evening in. There are a few take aways within a couple of minutes walk along Burton Rd. Comfortable beds well equipped warm, would not hesitate to recommend.

Well equipped, fresh and modernised terrace with a cosy cottage charm. In a great location with Lincoln city attractions walkable. And it really is opposite a windmill! We stayed with 2 older kids who loved the house too.

Spent 4 nights here over the New year, great cottage in fantastic location close to Castle and city within easy walking reach of Lincoln sights, clean with great welcome and contact from the owner, welcome pack is a big help, and the Netflix is great for some Holiday TV.

Beautiful little cottage in an amazing location. Having the Windmill right outside the house made our stay extra special. The house is kitted out well and the decor is lovely too. Bathroom is a little small but understandable with the houses age. Will definitely stay again. Perfect getaway for 2 adults and 2 under 5s.

I loved this cottage and its ever changing view of the majestic windmill! Tiny but perfectly formed and very comfortable for a family of 4. A few extra utensils such as a grater wouldn't go amiss in the kitchen but otherwise it more than adequately catered for our needs. So quiet at night but within walking distance of everything there is to see and do in Lincoln. On street parking only but we had no issues with parking during our stay. Just lovely. It was also our first visit to Lincoln which is just lovely. A gorgeous cathedral, castle, cobbled streets, great pubs and restaurants and lots of great shops to peruse. Highly recommend the city and this cottage and if we're ever in this part of the world again, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again!

A very comfortable cottage, in a quiet area. Well equipped with everything you need for a short break. Well situated within easy walking distance of all Lincoln's attractions. Good restaurants within walking distance of 10 minutes max. The Museum Of Lincolnshire Life which is well worth a visit is just around the corner. The Castle and Cathedral are also within a short walk of the cottage. Parking is on the street with a permit provided, which was very useful as we didn't need to move the car from when we arrived to when we left five days later. The toilet being downstairs was the only small annoyance, however you soon get used to it.

Very comfortable cottage within walking distance of the Cathedral and Castle. The welcome pack was much appreciated after our long journey. Plenty of storage space and although we didn't use it, the fire was set with plenty of coal and kindling. The shops on Burton Road close by were excellent for everyday items. Well situated for eating places, post office and bakery. A lovely cottage to come back to after days visiting the sights or friends and family.

Loved staying here was clean comfortable and very homely , very well equipped kitchen and plenty of home comforts , highly recommended comfy beds as well , my only criticism is that the bathroom was a little small and hard to manoeuvre around but that is quite literally a small criticism as the shower made up for it absolutely fantastic... this is the first time we’ve used and will definitely use again ...

We had a realy Nice time in the cottage. Everything was clean and there was a lot of space. The location was near by the city so it was very easy to walk.

A charming and cosy cottage with some lovely features. The cottage was spotlessly clean and a useful welcome hamper of food and wine was waiting for us. The local shops, chippy and restaurants on Burton Road were generally excellent. Thoroughly recommended!
