I had the opportunity to combine business with pleasure so booked Willow cottage very last minute with a days notice and I was very pleased I did. The cottage has been built to a very high spec with high quality furnishings and has everything you could need. There is a large shower, very comfortable bed, and best of all was the log burning stove. Sue and John were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend Willow Cottage and would not hesitate to return should I be in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Cottage. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. John and Sue were very helpful with information about where to visit and eat in the area. We will be back.

Willow Cottage was perfect for our weekend break. Sue was very helpful even before we arrived, phoning on the Saturday morning to say, if we wished to, we could arrive earlier than planned. Upon arrival, Sue welcomed us personally and explained everything we needed to know about the cottage. The cottage itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is great being so close to the A1yet it has the feel of being away from it all. There are plenty of attractions nearby with the cottage being a welcome place to return to at the end of the day.
