Lovely barn set in a private and secluded development with 5 other barn conversions. Large patio and grassed area to rear and side of the barn, which our puppy loved exploring but the garden is NOT securely enclosed as suggested. Inside all the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with large open plan kitchen and living area which accommodates the whole of the top floor.

Lovely holiday. Our second stay at Willow Barn and would happily come again. Lots of space and in an excellent location to explore Norfolk. WiFi issues have been fixed.

Beautiful barn with everything you would possibly need inside to make your stay comfortable. Not much in the immediate area with the kids but not too far to Wells next the sea which is fabulous even in winter!

Wonderful week spent at willow barn over new year. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen/dining/living area is stunning. Massive garden that my dog loved. Although close to a busy main road this cannot be heard in the barn and to us made it very convenient for days out. This place has the wow factor and would highly recommend

Lovely time at Willow Barn. Great barn conversion enough books, dvds, games etc to entertain you in the house and WiFi with a smart tv for Netflix etc. Open plan first floor is really striking. Never got the fire going as the weather was too nice (in October!). Had two little children with us so would have been handy with the living area being first floor to have a stair gate, but it didn’t advertise one and nor did I request one. Garden is not enclosed (as advertised), so you would need to keep your eyes on the dog when you let him out. Very good size bedrooms and everything we needed in the kitchen and utility rooms. Would definitely recommend.

We had a amazing week at willow barn the weather was fantastic apart from the Wednesday we visited some fantastic beaches.the barn was exactly as the pictures in the brochures my only suggestion is to fence the garden in properly as we bought our dog she's very well behaved but it is a busy road so that was a worry we will definately be booking to stay here again

A comfortable and well equipped cottage. Both our son and our dog enjoyed the large garden. The busy road to the front does make walking to the pub difficult if that is one of your preferences but we found an alternative route to Sculthorpe Mill which we left in the guest book.
