Fantastic break with the family. The barn is just beautiful, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are comfortable with lots of storage. Bathrooms are very clean and the showers are a little bit of luxury. Would definitely return.

Really nice cottage with superb open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of comfy seating for us all in the lounge. Well positioned for visiting the Thursford Christmas Spectacular and many other local attractions.

Lovely barn in a convenient location. However, with the high ceilings and open living upstairs it was very noisy with two small children! Well equipped and when we had a problem with the drains the owner fixed it immediately. Great food and atmosphere within walking distance at Sculthorpe Mill.

Really great place to spend a relaxing, tranquil holiday. The property was just spot on for the six of us and we would unreservedly recommend if anyone was contemplating a holiday in North Norfolk. No negatives, all positives. A really cracking holiday had by all.

Enjoyed an excellent holiday at Willow Barn. Easy travel to Fakenham and the North Norfolk coast with lots to see and do. The barn was well equipped for all our cooking and entertainment needs and we would happily return.

Lovely barn set in a private and secluded development with 5 other barn conversions. Large patio and grassed area to rear and side of the barn, which our puppy loved exploring but the garden is NOT securely enclosed as suggested. Inside all the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with large open plan kitchen and living area which accommodates the whole of the top floor.
