We could not have picked a better place to stay for our Christmas vacation. The cottage is lovely, well maintained and has modern conveniences. The owners live on the property across from the cottage and although we had no needs they were extremely nice and helpful. They even decorated the cottage for Christmas and left a Christmas cake as well as a few items of food to welcome us. The cottage is in a very rural area and we needed a rental car as well as a taxi for night since we are Americans who are not used to the roads in England. We found the area to be stunningly beautiful as well as very peaceful. We would love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful two weeks! The cottage is very spacious and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet, rural place with beautiful surroundings. The only thing we would like to add are comfortable lawn chairs and an parasol.

We had a wonderful week at Wick Farm Cottage. Abigail and Guy were very welcoming and kind. We got lots of information about the area. Spacious, very well equipped cottage, quiet yet central location for touring Wiltshire and Somerset, Bath and Bristol just round the corner. We would love to come back.

An excellent facility with the rural atmosphere enhanced by the presence of the 3 dogs and horses. Great location for touring the local area and having a quiet relaxing time away from the hustle of town centre. A very enjoyable time worthy of a return visit.

Beautiful cottage - a converted Milking Parlour - on a nicely kept working farm including stables. Owners made us feel most welcome and were helpful with advice recommending places to visit nearby. Proved to be an excellent base for exploring West Wiltshire National Trust properties together with surrounding interesting historic towns and unspoilt picturesque villages.

The cottage was great, a really nice size and well equipped and the owners were friendly and helpful. There are some really lovely pubs and also there is a pavement on the road to Chippenham which was useful as I am training for a half marathon so I could run without having to run on narrow country roads and take my life into my hands! The owners' three dogs were very friendly and we didn't find them intimidating at all, we enjoyed playing with them on the days that they were around. We would happily stay here again if we visit the area again. Thank you.

A quiet country retreat, with plenty of space and warm. The cottage was fine, just lacking a couple of instruction manuals, and also an indoor step needs to be highlighted, as I fell the first day. As I am not a dog lover I did find the small dogs sniffing around outside a bit of a pain.
