As a whole,we had a lovely time at the Cottage and the surrounding area. The cottage was fab, well thought about the kids.lots of games to keep them entertained,we had a bbq which was amazing,we couldn’t go on a picnic as we didn’t have enough time for it.the facility inside was well thought for. There was always something to keep the kids busy at home.from pool table to badminton, tried the Boule out in the garden. On our holiday, the only let down was the privacy. The fence to the neighbours on charlton court was down.but we were made aware of it before we moved it.we managed around it but it’s not great when you have kids and dogs running around and you need keep an eye on them all the time and the neighbours standing watching you in the garden.once the fence is back up,that solves the problem. The train at the back wasn’t that bad being honest,we were having such a great time that we didn’t even think about it. We enjoyed the goodies from the basket in the kitchen, that was a nice gesture, thank you. It was our first time at whits end,we did find it hard walking finding our way down to the beach. A personal map from whits end to the beach would have been helpful.a rough guide to the beach. As a whole whole 👍,you have done really well and we looking forward to visit again.Thank you for having us

We really enjoyed Whit’s End cottage for a number of reasons- 1) Location was excellent, with the railway station just down the road most of the time we let ‘the train take the strain’. 2) Clearly the owners of Whit’s cottage our very professional. There were notes about everything you need to know to make your stay more enjoyable, including the TV remotes (very often in our experience you our left to work out for yourself!) We really enjoyed Whit’s End cottage for a number of reasons- 3) The welcome bucket was a nice touch and the treats for our dog were much appreciated.

We stayed out of high season, so car parks were easily accessible. If you don't drive, the walk to the seafront could be a bit tiring for an older person. Places of interest are not too far away, Canterbury and Leeds Castle, for example. Off-road car parking at the property is brilliant. Our party came in two cars, which we were able to park off-road at the side of the property.

We really enjoyed staying at Whit's End and would definitely revisit in the future. The owners had thought of everything and we couldn't think of anything else they could have added. We really loved having the pool table especially as it kept our 10 year busy. The welcome pack was a nice surprise and enjoyed a lot. We all found our week very restful and calming.
