With beautiful beaches just a stone’s throw away and Edinburgh just 30 minutes by train from nearby North Berwick, this lodge offers the perfect balance of city and countryside. A welcome pack makes sure your holiday starts the minute you walk through the door and all lodges are shoe free zones with slippers provided and taken home. Pristine towels and bed linen, and complimentary toiletries are also thoughtfully provided.

The Irvine is the perfect lodge for larger families or 6 friends looking to celebrate a special birthday or event. With an expansive open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, there is plenty of space to prepare a special meal, dine in style and dance the night away. Embracing outdoor/indoor living, a sheltered veranda enjoys beautiful views of the Firth of Forth. Rain or shine the perfect spot to enjoy a G & T. Guests also enjoy access to incredible facilities on site including a Leisure Club which hosts as 14m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, a gym with state-of-the-art gym equipment, Luxury Spa, bespoke children’s Play Barn and delicious food served in the Orangery & Walled Terrace.

The location of the lodges makes them the perfect destination. For those who love the beach, Seacliff and Tyninghame beaches are a short distance away. For families, there is East Links Family Park and Foxlake in Dunbar, the town with the most sunshine per year in Scotland. For golfers, the choice of magnificent golf courses is endless. From championship courses such as Muirfield and Archerfield to challenging links courses such as North Berwick, Gullane and Dunbar. A 30-minute train journey takes you to the heart Edinburgh where a trip to the castle, lunch in one of the many eateries in St Andrews Square before a shopping trip to the St James Quarter. Further afield Glasgow, Stirling and Loch Lomond are within easy reach.

Based on the concept of the Scottish Longhouses the interiors are luxurious with a twist. Contemporary and stylish. The beds have been selected for ultimate comfort as have the crisp white linens. A bathroom with shower, located off the hall has dual access from the second bedroom and from the living room. The first and third bedrooms also have en-suite facilities. Big fluffy towels and Sea Kelp toiletries are a luxury special touch. The furnishings are not only comfortable, as you would expect, but they’re particularly stylish and suit the interiors perfectly. The kitchens are well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Embracing the concept of indoor/outdoor living, the sheltered and expansive veranda ensures that guests can dine outside and if you are lucky view the spectacle that is the Northern Lights.
