White Rose Annexe is secluded and very peaceful, about 1.5 miles from the nearest village along a twisty uphill narrow road. If you like to be away from it all - this is the cottage for you! There are no local amenities, but that means you get away from it all, which is lovely! The owners are friendly, but not intrusive. The scenery from the cottage is spectacular in each direction. The cottage is extremely well appointed and very comfortable.

A first class location from which to explore South Wales. Immaculately fitted out, comfortable and with warm and welcoming hosts, the White Rose Annexe is a hidden gem. See for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent cottage in stunning location. Very friendly welcome from owners. Only caveat is that the road to the cottage would not suit nervous or unconfident drivers but for most people it should not be a problem.

We had a great week at white Rose Annexe. You couldn’t ask for more from the cottage, owners, falsities and views. The owners made it feel home from home. The welcome pack and extra treats throughout the week were a lovely touch. The area is very friendly and lots of attractions local to do. I can highly recommend this cottage.

This place is a must for this area. The cottage is perfect and the countryside amazing. In an area for lots to see and do. Only downside is the lanes to get there but it's worth it. The owners are lovely too and although they are next door just leave you be unless you need or want them and they're extremely helpful -they go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

Every year we think that we have stayed in the best cottage. This year was no exception. We enjoyed our stay in White Rose immensely. An absolutely first class cottage that could not be faulted coupled with excellent hosts made this holiday one of the best. The view from the cottage across the valley was breathtaking and with the "Big Pit" close by along with excellent rail links, it provided an excellent base to tour South Wales. To summarise in one word: superb!
