Good little house, a few extras would have been helpful..a mirror in bedroom, a shower mat as shower cubicle very slippery, and a shower caddy as bending down to pick up gel etc a bit dodgy. Shelf in shower room. Plenty of wine glasses but only 2 mugs. Windows upstairs look over a very untidy yard and car park behind quite messy. Despite this we were comfortable and it was very clean. We would use it again.

An excellent cottage for us,( two), and our small dog. Ideal location to visit the historic Town of Hadleigh, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds and villages such as the quant Kersey. The cottage is opposite the Cricket Club, has country and riverside walks on the doorstep Owners stall sell wonderful cakes, scones, sponges and puddings.

This is a small but very new high spec, well equipped cottage , close to Hadleigh town centre with dog walking footpaths just minutes away. It is clean, warm and has a secure and lockable small garden / yard with pebbles rather than a grass or concrete surface. There is access to WiFi as well as a large wall mounted TV. It is certainly worth a visit, however with one “ gallery” bedroom and double bed it is , in my view , suitable only for individuals or couples. The linen is impeccably clean and there are the usual complimentary soaps, and welcome items like milk and tea. The only reason I have not given it top marks is the , for me, unreasonably firm and uncomfortable mattress which means I would not rebook. If you are medium to firm mattress fan this would not of course be a problem.
