Very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Friendly family and available if needed. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the farm , and must be very good for families with children. We would certainly stay there again.

The cottage was perfect for our needs, walking with our dog and friends on Hadrian's Wall. The owner was lovely and very helpful and the facilities were fine although there is a need for a second toilet, having the only one in the bathroom was a challenge at times! The cottage is something of a time capsule stuck in the 50's in some ways but in a very convenient position with lovely views across the fields to the River. Near train and buses if you don't want yo drive
