As you approach the house you are welcomed by a lovely front garden and driveway with space for two cars. You enter the house via a sun porch which is a real sun trap in the summer and an ideal spot to bird watch in the spring. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room and a spacious dining room, leading into the fully equipped galley-style kitchen with adjacent toilet. The back door leads to the annex and back garden. The annex accommodates the washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The garden is large and planted with mature shrubs, bulbs and beautiful wisteria. There is a generous sized lawn, outdoor furniture and plenty of space to eat al fresco. Outside you can admire Ben Lorvic in the distance and listen to the bird song.
