Lovely cosy place to stay, with everything you need. Clean and tidy. Great range of kitchen equipment. Log burner was great. Had a problem with fridge and owner rectified same day. Owners are friendly and easily available. Hot tub was lovely once it reached temperature. It’s useful to know that you need to take 20p pieces if you want to use pool table. Not sure about football game. Games room was clean and tidy. Enjoyed table tennis. The laundry facilities are free to use, just bring your washing liquid. A great place for a relaxing break.

We had a great weekend with friends. The kids loved the hot tub and we found some lovely walks and pubs nearby. Attentive owners who checked we were happy and then left us alone - perfect.

Stayed for a 30th birthday celebration, the pictures do not do the cottage justice the high ceilings are beautiful. Would 100% stay there or one of the other properties in the future.

A pleasant stay in a quiet location. The whole experience was made more difficult by the number of roads closed in Suffolk and the misleading diversion signs.
