The barn is gorgeous and extremely well-appointed. Sally was a great host - communication etc was good. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want (even a slow-cooker). Beds are super-comfortable and showers are great. The hot-tub is brilliant - we spent all afternoon and evening in there. This meant that we didn't explore the local area very much, but the setting is lovely and we did visit a few local towns on our way home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at walnut barn, there was everything you could possibly need in the barn. Tuxford village was only 5 minutes by car. It is ideally located for exploring the area. The barn is beautifully decorated and furnished and the owner is really helpful and friendly, we will definitely be staying again
