Set within 23-acres of grounds, home to an array of wildlife, you are well placed to explore the quieter Northern Fells, unspoilt coastline, and the historic city of Carlisle, 13 miles away. Hadrian’s Wall can be reached in around an hour’s drive, so you are sure to be kept well occupied. The nearby village of Caldbeck, 3 miles away, is a pretty little area to visit, with its local pub serving an excellent menu of freshly cooked food, tea rooms and shops to visit too. Beach 16¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
