Chalet bungalow is within minutes of the seafront, ideal for walking and touring the magnificent Heritage coastline of Lyme Bay.

Bedroom 1: With twin beds.

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed and Freeview TV.

Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Comfortable detached chalet bungalow with rear patio and lawns to the front and side. Situated within 10 minutes’ walk of the shops and seafront. Golf club at Axmouth. Tennis, fishing and birdwatching locally. Ideal holiday base for walking and touring the magnificent Heritage coastline of Lyme Bay. Sidmouth, Beer, Lyme Regis and city of Exeter all within an easy drive. Seaton has a narrow-gauge tramway which runs to Colyton. Axe Estuary Wetlands at Seaton Marshes has several hides for superb birdwatching. Shops ¾ mile, pub ½ mile.

    Nice bungalow, all facilities as described. Would benefit from a spring clean. We don't like to write negative comments in visitors books ,but would suggest that a maintenance/suggestion record book would be beneficial to report items to the property caretaker e.g. missing/defective light bulbs.

    Valley View is in a pleasant quiet location within walking distance from the centre of Seaton. The house itself is quite spacious but might be a little crowded if all three bedrooms are occupied. It is comfortable if a little dated but very well equipped and has clearly been a family home prior to being let as holiday accommodation.

    Great location, all shops within walking distance ie approx o.6 mile. The house is very well furnished and also is very well stocked especially in the kitchen but there’s also plenty of mirrors, nice outside seating area and plenty of blankets if it gets cooler. Lisa was extremely helpful too.

    Well equipped property. Can’t think of anything we needed that this property didn’t have. About a 15 minute walk to the sea, a little hilly in places. Quiet location. Parking for one vehicle off road only but on street parking there is plenty. The only dislike I have is the master bedroom has a double bed which we thought could be bigger. We would use this property again.

    Vally View provides comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. The kitchen is well equipped although the appliances were slightly dated. The house is generally well kept and neutrally decorated. The garden is uninspiring and not particularly attractive but the garden furniture was nice. It was a short walk into Seaton and there are numerous attractions within a short distance. For a family break the accommodation was perfectly good.
