Step inside this lovingly renovated detached farmhouse where luxury awaits, with stylish living rooms and fantastic views.

This Grade II listed farmhouse dates from the 1700s, and can be found on the fringes of Wickham Market, a bustling and thriving town close to the River Deben on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Once inside Valley Farmhouse you will enter the high specification farmhouse style kitchen. The soft lighting and thoughtful layout lends itself perfectly to family gatherings with the large dining table at the heart of the room. For those special evenings, there is a formal dining room. The first of two living rooms is sumptuous and cosy with a wood burner and the second is drawing room style with large patio doors which open out to the terrace.
Throughout the property there is high end interior design with touches of luxury and country style. On the first floor you will find four of the six bedrooms including the impressive master bedroom, a family bathroom and two further staircases leading to the second floor for the two twin rooms with en-suites.
Surrounding Valley Farmhouse is 5 acres of grounds and views of undulating Suffolk countryside. A courtyard in the centre of the property is ideal for barbecue’s and al fresco dining. Ideally located to explore Suffolk, you can reach Framlingham Castle, Sutton Hoo and the Snape Malting all with 10 miles. The Suffolk Heritage Coast offers stunning coastal resorts such as Aldeburgh and Southwold with its famous pier. There are riding stables nearby, and a 5-hole golf course round the corner. Beach 12 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and wooden floor.

Underfloor oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with courtyard, patio, garden furniture and barbecue. 5-acre natural grounds. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a water supply from a spring. This property has a security deposit of £500.

    We have been on a number of cottage breaks but this is by far the best cottage we have stayed in. The Cottage was simply amazing, providing us with everything we needed, included a very well stock pantry - you definitely don't need to bring spare tea/coffee or salt and pepper with you! There is also plenty of parking - especially good when you have 6 couples all travelling separately, Kate was really lovely to deal with. Quick and efficient on the enquiries I had and made our stay really exceptional. We'll definitely be returning.

    Fabulous old period house with all mod cons. Gorgeous décor throughout with luxury toiletries provided and plenty of bathrooms/towels etc. Excellent communication with owner and suggestions given for activities around the area plus a comprehensive info pack on arrival. Nice gestures included a basket of fruit and a box of chocs which was much appreciated after the journey. Would highly recommend staying here.

    An excellent property, with plenty of space and good quality equipment. The beds were comfortable and there was a constant supply of hot water, at good pressure for the showers, at all times. The house has been refurbished to a high standard. A quiet location but with easy access to local facilities. Large garden and ample parking for several cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
