This is a very special coastal holiday home and at its heart is a first floor living room with a glass gable end. Patio doors open onto a glass balustrade balcony overlooking the spectacular seascape. Sun filled airy rooms, high ceilings, tiled floors and a lovely sweeping staircase with glass balustrade gallery, smartly and tastefully furnished in a minimalist style and extremely well equipped to the very highest residential standards. Walk directly onto the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path (mostly National Trust) or relax in the secluded part walled garden, the sheltered patio, furnished with large dining table, umbrella and chairs, is just perfect for al fresco dining and external stairs up to the balcony. The owner also provides for your comfort free range eggs, shower gel, hand wash and hand cream.
Solva is a picturesque harbour village with quaint colour-washed cottages, is set in a narrow, wooded valley. Once a trading port and the haunt of smugglers there are interesting small craft/art galleries and shops, several pubs, good restaurants, a sandy harbour at low tide and mooring for yachts. The harbour is busy with small boats and other watercraft. Both adults and children can enjoy crabbing from the quay or rock pooling. At low tide you can walk your dog on the beach round to Gwadn Cove and at high tide climb the Gribyn (the hill at the side of the harbour) and walk out to the headland.

Our Family & Dog Had A Fantastic Break At Ty'R Tonnau, The House Was In A Fabulous Location, With So Much To Explore Within A 20/30 Min Drive Or Less. Despite Covid Limiting Some Contents We Found It Very Well Equipped With Quality Fixtures And Fittings. The Whole House Is Very Spacious And Yet So Well Thought Out, It Still Feels Homely And Welcoming, Despite Our Mixed Weather We Still Enjoyed The Sea Views From The Balcony And Can Only Image How Glorious The Outdoor Seating Areas And Garden Would Be On A Warm Sunny Day. Highly Recommend!
