The sofas were shabby and old and need replacing. The fridge ice box was iced up and dripped everytime the door was opened and shelves were missing from the door so storage space was limited - it needs replacing. Basic equipment was lacking from the kitchen eg chopping board, oven gloves, a grill pan that fitted the oven. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders. The amenities were good like the swimming pool and games room.
