The cottage is situated in a beautiful setting, owners were chatty when we saw them. They are there if you need anything. Cottage is just right for 2 people may be a little cramped with more. Only down side is no Towels or Teatowels provided which these days is expected in self catering, We had took our own as I had read other reviews. We didn't manage to get any wi Fi not sure wether it's the signal or what not that it made any difference to us but it may to some. Port Isaac is walking distance and quicker than driving. The basket of essentials of coffee, tea and biscuits was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at Stable Cottage and the owner was friendly and helpful. Our dog came too and was made welcome. Everything was nicely decorated but the stairs might be a bit steep for some people. We did find the space quite tight in the bedrooms, which was irritating at times. A sharp knife and a cafetiere in the kitchen would have been helpful. You will need to bring washing up liquid, tea towels etc. We liked Port Isaac and there are nice coffee shops and plenty of places to eat and beaches to visit.

Very clean character cottage in great location just 15 minute walk from centre of Port Isaac. Situated by main road into Port Isaac so some traffic noise but double glazing removed most of this. Plenty of space for 2 of us and dog. Well equipped, only minor niggle is lack of water pressure in shower. Owners very friendly - a local “guide” for visitors with local attractions etc might be useful. Overall a really relaxing holiday in a charming well located cottage. Would recommend and would definitely stay again

Great cottage, very good location. Just wish there was recycling facilities. Otherwise would have given 10.
