In fact, many things can be reached by foot, train or bicycle as the property is near St. Austell and Par railway station, the coastal path and a plethora of cycle and walking trails. The cottage is on main road which is just a short walk from Rashleigh Arms Pub, the a short walk into the harbour area and the 4 other pubs restaurants. Charlies coffee house on right hand side of road as you walk towards harbour. Parking space off road with small yard with washing line at rear. Overall nice cottage in good location.
