On entering the property, you will be greeted by one of two living rooms, a wonderful bay window with a window seat and an open fire, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, DVD player and Wii games console, the children or even the kid in you will love this space for games and classic movies. The second living room, open plan with the dining area and kitchen is a great space for social living. Further sofas await, put your feet up after a wonderful day exploring the estuary on the water or gather to plan your next adventure. The dining room with its grand dining table invites you all to join together for indulgent dinners or fuelling breakfasts as you share stories about your day. The fully fitted kitchen provides all your group will need and features a range-style cooker with an 8-ring hob and 2 ovens, let the preparations for feasts begin! Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the patio and lawned enclosed gardens. With alfresco dining furniture and a gas BBQ, will it be burgers or bangers on the BBQ!

Located very close to the Boat Yard, Trebor offers the avid sailor easy proximity to the delights of the water. If exploring from land is your preference, there are many beaches on your doorstep. Miles of coastal paths await, seal spot and bird watch your way along the coastline then retreat back to the town where you will find quirky shops, great restaurants and even a gin distillery where you can sample tipples and even attempt to make your own!
