We had a great stay at the cottage. The owners were friendly and they kindly provided a few welcome goodies such as muffins, milk and butter. The cottage is cosy and was clean. There aren't a lot of shops or restaurants close by but we were happy to cook for ourselves. One of the highlights was feeding the chickens and sheep. We'd happily recommend the cottage and would return if in the area.

We had a lovely stay at the “Cowshed”, an extremely well appointed and very comfortable cottage. Family friendly, very clean and in a quiet location with sheep and fields for a view. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and left us a lovely welcome pack. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area - a real gem of a place to stay. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable, well equipped cottage. Friendly owners who provided a very enjoyable welcome pack. Plenty of interesting places to visit within short distances from the cottage. Would definitely recommend this cottage as a holiday location.

We could not be happier with our stay at the Cowshed. Everything was thought of. Paul the Owner was a brilliant guy, made us all feel very welcome and the cottage had everything (and more) that we needed for a fantastic week away. Sitting outside, looking over the rolling hills with the chickens running around our feet was brilliant! Ross on Wye, Hereford, Abergavenny and Monmouth are all very local and worth a visit. I doubt we will be able to resist coming back again in the future!!

Fabulous cottage, with a very warm welcome. Owners Martina & Paul were great, and the little extras of Welsh cakes, Apple juice and the normal welcome pack were an added bonus. The standard of the interior of the cottage was exceptional and it was the cleanest cottage we have ever stayed in. Being able to feed the sheep and having the chickens roaming free was an added bonus. Great cottage for the family

Absolutely loved this place. Originally stayed to be in area for Malvern Flower Show but so much else to do in area too. Would stay again, no question. Would, and already have, recommended it. And the chickens and sheep are being missed!
