Close to Sandringham Estate, and less than half an hour from the gateway to the glorious coastline, you will find much to do close by. From all the fun of the fair at Hunstanton to the picturesque and traditional village of Wells-next-the-Sea, you will find a string of pretty coastal villages and towns to explore, offering wide sandy beaches, pretty marshes and quaint little quays. For a change of pace, make time to visit the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn and the medieval city of Norwich with its splendid Norman castle. There is also a golf course and driving range within ½ a mile. After a day’s sightseeing, you can return to the wonderful Tower Farm and relax over dinner in the spacious dining room, or watch the sun go down from the private garden - a perfect end to a perfect day.     Great farmhouse that was a perfect setting for eleven people, covering three generations, to get together to eat drink and be merry and explore the delightful surrounding areas. Sandringham is a must!

    Tower Farm is a wonderful holiday home. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and very well equipped. There are plenty of kitchen utentils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen and utility appliances are all very efficient and easy to use. The house was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. We particularly liked the double lounge and the huge garden. We used the BBQ and the pit fire - and the croquet set - had a lovely evening! We were a family party across 3 generations, eldest in their 60's, youngest being just 2. It suited our needs perfectly.

    We were the first people to rent this newly refurbished property. The refurbishment is beautiful and we were so pleased to have picked Tower Farm which we booked before any photographs of the property were available. We thought we were really fortunate. However during our stay we had quite a few unexpected problems and after our stay we drew up a list of issues that should be resolved to improve the property for other renters in the future.

    Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. We were disappointed to read that you endured teething problems at Tower Farm especially given this is our first review. We have now received your short list of minor issues which we will take on board and deal with separately. We would also thank you for your helpful suggestions as we welcome constructive feedback. We are however very upset and surprised to have received such a poor rating as this completely contradicts the positive comments left in our guest book. So we can only wonder if this was a result of the fact that the booking conditions were not adhered to which meant we sadly felt we had no choice but to send these guests an invoice upon taking into account the advice we received from Wyndham, the booking agent. It does state that the property should be left in a similar condition to how it was found and states the property should be vacated by 10 am. Unfortunately the property was found to have been left in an unacceptable condition which therefore required extra cleaning, coupled with the fact the guests did not leave until 12 pm which then delayed our cleaner. We feel it is a shame that the guests did not bring their issues to our attention at the time of their stay thus allowing us the opportunity to put things right as we would have done our utmost to do so. The comfort of our guests is of paramount importance to us.
