Timberlea truly is a home from home. It is very clean, comfortable and well- equipped. The beautiful sun-trap garden is a great place to relax after exploring the local area. We were immediately made to feel extremely welcome and spent some very enjoyable time with Sandra during our stay. The walk back from Teignmouth is up a steep hill, but there are regular buses which stop outside the property and the walk down, through the park, is very pleasant, especially if you walk through 'The Dell'. Thank you again, Sandra, for sharing this lovely place with us.

This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay just as much as the first time. The owner is very welcoming, the cottage is lovely and in a very nice location close to a park which leads down to the sea front. Very safe and dog-friendly garden.

A very comfortable and well equiped cottage ideally situated for exploring the coast and moors . Good public transport so car not necessary . A very welcoming host . Only gave a 9 for overall rating as there is traffic noise but this did not bother us , you can open windows on the garden side of cottage in every room .
