We had a splendid stay in this cottage. It was very well equipped. Only thing we found missing was a full length mirror but this is probably a female thing! You really need a car here as the nearest centre is about four miles away. But a very nice comfortable cottage in a good position and i would not hesitate recommending it or staying here again.

The weather wasn’t kind with us but we spent a very nice week of holidays. Warm welcome from the owners, very clever and servious. Plate with local food at our arrival. Very beautiful cottage. Perfect !

Lovely stay in a well appointed cottage. As the info says, it is rural and with poor mobile signal, which was fine- there's WiFi and reception nearby if needed. We explored the local area, and enjoyed being able to come home to a relaxing environment. It had everything you could need, including a wonderful drying room if into the outdoors. Sadly the weather wasn't good enough for the outdoor seating, but it looked nice.

Response on behalf of the owner; We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Three Horseshoes Cottage and found your time here relaxing. We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future. It is a shame that we receive poor marks for local amenities in the reviews, being in the country and away from busy towns, we will never score well in this category and it unfortunately impacts on our overall score.

Nick & Jo were lovely, leaving us a yummy welcome package. They were helpful with advice on where to go to eat and also where to take our elderly father for some night sky watching. The cottage was immaculate with everything we needed - even free wifi! Set in a forest it was quiet and perfect for winding down after a hard day doing the tourist thing! Would most definitely recommend and wiuld also definitely book again nect time we're visiting the area
