This perfectly presented, detached barn conversion is located in a peaceful location within open countryside, yet just 8 miles from the popular market town of Garstang, offering a number of individual shops, cafés and bars, as well as a weekly market on a Thursday. A great choice for those wanting to discover all that rural Lancashire has to offer including the beautiful Forest of Bowland, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the picturesque Ribble Valley, which can be reached in under half an hour. They offer plenty of rural and riverside walks and cycle routes, as well as a number of welcoming country inns to enjoy the local gastronomy. The market town of Clitheroe with its historic castle and many shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in under an hour.Also an ideal location for those wanting to take advantage of all the attractions of the popular neighbouring seaside town of Blackpool, but being away from all the hustle and bustle. Blackpool with its tower, promenade, Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark is just 9½ miles away. The famous Blackpool Illuminations can be seen between September and November each year. Beach 6¾ miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
